PLEASE NOTE: ALL D’END ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM DETAILS AND SIZE GUIDES BEFORE PURCHASING.

We hope you love your purchase from D’END. Because each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors on our part.

By placing an order with D’END, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made from D’END are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selection

• Change of mind

• Style preference

• Items marked “delivered” by the carrier

Please carefully review size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Defective

• Damaged in production

• Or different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will:

• Replace the item, or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

 

Return Conditions (If Approved)

Approved returns must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging

• With original tags attached

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

D’END is not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Color & Print Variations

Minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to:

• Monitor display differences

• Lighting in product photos

• Garment dye lots

These variations are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
